Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all sales are final; no items can be returned for credit or refunds. However, if the item you purchased is defective or damaged we are happy to process an exchange. Please contact us at the email below with seven (7) days to arrange an exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are happy to cover the cost of shipping the replacement item. Shipping times will vary depending on mailing address. 

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
